Q: How will I know you've received my order and is it Secure?

A: If you order by credit card you will receive an e-mail receipt confirming your order and we get one sent to us at the same time with all the ordering info on it! Everything is done through a SECURE SERVER! Your info is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, trade, or give out anything!

 

Q: How will I know if my order was shipped?

A: Kendra emails you a confirmation when your order is shipped so be sure to include a valid email address when you place an order.


Q: How will the package be shipped?

A: Your right to privacy is assured. Your Kendra Jade E-Shoppe purchases arrive securely packaged with no indication of its contents.
All orders are shipped through Priority Mail with Proof of Delivery Confirmation.  

Q: How long before my order arrives?

A: I, Kendra, personally fulfill all orders from my website. Because of the demands on my time, I fullfill e-shoppe orders once a month, therefore it may take anywhere from 7 days to a full month for your item to arrive. Thank you for your Patience. -KJ

 

Q: What is your Return/ Refund policy?

A: We do not give refunds that would be a rental. Kendra does however guarantee all items! If any item is damaged it will be replaced with the same item.... Sorry NO EXCHANGES!

 

Q: How much does it cost for shipping?

A: Shipping is included in all domestic orders, shippng is an additional $10 for all international orders.

 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: To every country in the world, yes that includes wherever you are from. Due to restrictive laws, nude items cannot be shipped to the following areas: Alabama, N. Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, N. Carolina, Oklahoma, and the North District of Florida.

 

Q: I don't have a credit card. Can I order?

A: Absolutely, we accept Money Orders. Print out a copy of the order and send it in with a money order or cashiers check to:

Q: How much do I pay in duties?

A: I do not charge any duty and none of my customers have complained about duty charges.
